Problem
PACISE 2026 needed a live, competition-grade cybersecurity platform for 100+ undergraduate students across Pennsylvania institutions — deployed, secure, and ready for a single high-stakes event day.
Solution
Full CTF competition platform with 6 challenge categories (Web Security, Binary Exploitation, Cryptography, ROP, GOT Overwrite, Multi-stage Exploitation), team registration, real-time scoreboard, and managed infrastructure.
